Mankading issue and Ashwin cheat

So basically you have seen so much of runouts or ambiguous decision in cricket .One of them is Mankad ie you can runout the batsman in non striker position while you are bowling .If the non striker leave the crease before you bowl then  you can take bell ups to dismissed the non striker which is called  as mankad.

As this types of issue are destroying the sprit of cricket.Yes its true that if the bowler does is deliberately to out the batsman then ie cheating .ICC should short out these problems quickly .You can mankad the batsman only when he leave the crease regularly before you were bowling .Firstly you warn him by the help of umpire then if he does same mistake then you can mankad him but in the case of Ashwin he plan this sort of things he wait Buttler to leave the crease before he was bowling that's show the cheating prospective of the bowler.In the mean time you can warned him but he directly does mankading because his team was losing the game.
So every time this types of controversy will come forward inimportant matches and meanwhile world cup is near so icc should come forward to solve this problems.Mankad ruins the gentlemen 's game badly and fixing or fixer are watching these issue so deliberately they could plan this for ruining the game of cricket .Last no least icc make the decision quick for Mankad.
